Cancellation & Delivery PoliciesCancellation PolicyProviding flexibility to our clients is a top priority. We maintain a No Cost cancellation policy. If you have an event that gets cancelled or re-scheduled, we will be happy to change the delivery/pick-up date or cancel the contract at no charge to you. However, any incurred expenses associated with the lost rental will be charged to the client. These expenses could include: transportation, lost rental due to item being held for you, preparation/set-up charges, etc. Each cancellation is handled on an individual basis. Please be assured that you will be treated fairly and with great respect. Delivery SchedulingRent Rite will call you with your scheduled delivery time the day before your items are to be delivered. At that time you will be given a 2-3 hour window in which your delivery will be made. Delivery is typically the day before your event and pick up the day after. Normal Delivery Schedule: Monday thru Saturday: 8:00AM – 4:30PM Sunday: 8:00AM – 1:00PM (Seasonal) Delivery is available before and after hours for an additional charge. Emergency Service: If you have any problem with your rental item, please call our regular phone number (847-640-8860). Then simply follow the messaging systems prompts to have an on-call staff member paged. Available 24 Hours A Day - Seven Days a Week. |
