Equipment Rental Cancellation Policy
Providing flexibility to our clients is a top priority. Because of this, we maintain a No Cost cancellation policy.
If you have a job that gets cancelled or re-scheduled, we will be happy to change the delivery/pick-up date or cancel the contract at no charge to you.
Keep in mind, however, that any incurred expenses associated with the lost rental will be charged to the client. These expenses could include: transportation, lost rental due to item being held for you, preparation/set-up charges, etc.
Each cancellation is handled on an individual basis. Please be assured that you will be treated fairly and with great respect.
